Mill Creek Campground

Our first roadtrip this summer was a week-long trip round western Oregon. It started off with quick trip down the I5 corridor to Grant's Pass. After that we crossed over the mountains, hitting the Oregon Caves and the giant redwood forest on the way to the coast. The rest of the trip was coming up the southern Oregon coast before crossing back after Lincoln City.

After spending time in the giant redwood forest, it was pretty cool to be able to camp right within the old-growth.

Fortunately, the tent (and us) are up a set of stairs. (Bear's can't climb stairs, can they?)


Morning came, and we were all fine - no sight of bears.


Sean helps with the cleanup and packing.


And he did a very nice job!
